Design- Your system will be customed designed for your particular requirements utilizing products of your brand preference (Allen-Bradley, Square D, Modicon, Omron, Siemens, Automation Direct, GE Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Cutler-Hammer, Texas Instruments, Delta Tau, Wago, and others). All designs are to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and UL508 requirements and are overseen by a registered professional engineer. All designs include industry standard Auto-cad drawings.
Panel Build- All control panels are built to rigid requirements for safety, neatness, easy access to components, and ease of operation. All wiring is neatly numbered with shrink on labels and routed and landed by skilled craftsmen who have just the right mix of artistic and technical abilities to make your panel pleasing to look at as well as functional.
Programming- experienced programmers will turn your process into reality. We are experienced in most applications including motor control, motion control, process control, safety, SCADA, telemetry, robotics, etc. Past projects include wire winding, web coiling and de-coiling, robotic welding, conveying, dumping, assembly, water treatment, waste water, staking, missile fueling, and numerous others.
